Love IT June 2010

The latest LoveIT course held 1st-4th June at the Unity Centre IT suite was a great success thanks to the hard work of all our volunteers.



We had 40 people on courses over the 4 days and 14 volunteers.



These are some of the comments logged on the evaluation sheets. "A valuable service" "really enjoyed the course. All the staff very helpful. Venue easy to get to" "gave me confidence to try new things" "overall I found it very informative and the volunteers very patient"

The age range of attendees was between 50 and 85.



Following on from comments received from people who have attended the LoveIT courses, Age Concern Rotherham is looking to provide a few specialist sessions in the August event. The August LoveIT event will be held 16th-20th August at the High Street Centre, Rawmarsh. For details of the event and to make a booking contact Gwen on 01709 386831.

Podcasts and downloading music from the internet.


Shopping safely online.


Social networking.
